On a busy Friday afternoon, looking just south of the Park Ridge station. Metra 157 GM EMD F40PH-2 diesel-electric locomotive "Village of Palatine" (left, track 3) pushes its scoot toward Chicago, while Metra 179 GM EMD F40PH-2 diesel-electric locomotive (center, track 2) pulls its express scoot, and Metra 158 GM EMD F40PH-2 diesel-electric locomotive "City of Des Plaines" (right, track 1) slows down to stop at the station.
