This Saturday afternoon visit to the Waukegan yard and Waukegan station yielded a variety of Metra and freight equipment, including several C&NW cars and a locomotive.
Metra has a map and information about the Waukegan station at their official Web site. This station located along and serves the Metra / Union Pacific North Line.
